Shirodhara:

 As per Ayurveda, Shirodhara is one of the treatment procedures and it is suggested for the cases of insomnia, racing thoughts, anxiety, stress, dryness, hair fall, pain and aches. Shirodhara is specifically recommended by us, when we see an aggression of Vata and Pitta Doshas in the mind and body. Shirodhara is beneficial, when these Vata and Pitta imbalances create the above-mentioned concerns.

Shirovasti:

Shirovasti, is an ayurvedic procedure, where the medicated oils are poured and retained on the head using an elongated cap or bandage for a prescriptive period, say 30 mins. The retention of oil in the head stimulates the tactile receptors and enhances the function limbic and certain lobes of the frontal brain. Shiro Vasti has also proven to be suggested for patients who have psychosomatic diseases like post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive compulsive disorders (OCD)

Shiropichu:

Shiropichu is an ayurvedic procedure, where a herbal oil treatment is applied to the head and a small square or circular cotton pad is dipped in the herbal oil and then the cotton pad is laid directly on top of the head. Shiropichu is a procedure, which is helpful for individuals who have neurological disorders, psychological disorders, etc

Nasyam:

As per Ayurveda, the nostrils are the doorways to the brain and Nasyam or the Errhine Therapy is the treatment for the nostrils. The procedure is also considered to be a rejuvenate panchakarma treatment process or therapy. The method involves the administration of medication herbal oils through the nose and treating the illnesses pertained to the head region.

Netra Anjanam:

Netra Anjanam is the application of medicine to the outer and inner aspect of the eyelid, the medicines can be in the form of a pill, liquid or powder and are applied with a rod or finger. The procedure is done to the patients who have a problem with their eyes and the procedure is good for patients with respect to their nerves and muscles of the eyes.
